1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to H-Concept Furniture. By accessing our showroom, booking our carpentry installations, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our site and services immediately.
2. Design & Fabrication Deposits
All custom furniture fabrications (including kitchen cabinets, platform beds, executive desks, and dining centerpieces) require a minimum deposit of 70% before panel routing and workshop cutting begins. The remaining 30% balance is due on delivery or installation day, prior to final trim fittings.
3. On-Site Measurement Policy
While our master design team collects physical dimensions during consultation visits, clients are responsible for verifying that structural doorways, hallways, and elevators can accommodate bulk items (such as standard dining tables or pre-assembled wardrobes) on installation day.
4. Production Timelines
Our standard production timeline ranges from 3 to 5 weeks from receipt of deposit and CAD schematic approval. While we make every effort to deliver on schedule, we cannot be held liable for delivery delays due to regional logistics, material supply chains, or custom harbor approvals.
5. Structure Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 2-year warranty on fumed oak structures, timber joints, and solid panel builds. Mechanical hardware (such as soft-close tracks and cabinet door hinges) is subject to the respective manufacturer warranty policies.
